PITB to market member carriers to third-Party logistics companies

PITB has announced a program to market member carriers and transportation companies to third-party logistics companies and freight brokers.

Many decisions on shipping today are done by the third-party organizations.  Many PITB carriers are small enough they can not market their transportation services to these national logistics companies. 

PITB has begun collecting information to publish a web listing of member carriers who offer transportation services to other companies.  A Facebook page and an e-mail marketing campaign is also planning.

Update due for Risk Management Center

The RMC is due for a major update this coming weekend.  Downtime will start Friday afternoon, August 6, and may extend into Monday, August 10.  See "Risk Management Center" page for additional details.
